Corsham in Bloom 2017

Thank you to everyone involved in this year's Corsham in Bloom/Britain in Bloom South West entries. We are being judged from BIBSW on Tuesday 11 July, and the judging for our own in-town competitions will take place on 13 and 14 July, apart from the Best Allotment entries which will be judged later this month. We'll find out how the town has done in the Pennant competition in October.


Corsham in Bloom 2016

Having taken a year off in 2015 from Britain in Bloom South West, Corsham re-entered in 2016 and got back to winning ways, taking Gold in the Pennant competition. There were also a number of winners in the RHS It's Your Neighbourhood awards and, of course, we ran our own in-town competitions. Here are the results:

It's Your Neighbourhood Awards 2016

A number of groups in Corsham won prestigious RHS It's Your Neighbourhood Awards:
Level 4 - Thriving Award: Mayo Memorial, Corsham War Memorial
Level 5 - Outstanding Awards: Jargeau Court, Transcoco's Community Orchard, Corsham Primary - Pound Pill and Corsham Primary - Broadwood

Corsham Primary - Pound Pill also won the Viridor School Composting Trophy.
