Our allotments
The Town Council has seven allotment sites, with 138 plots, in the Corsham area. The sites are:
The Ridge in Brockleaze, Neston
Grove Field in Grove Road
Cross Keys in Bath Road
Garden of Remembrance in Station Road
Middlewick Lane
Park Place in Groundstone Way
Priory Cross in Ivy Field
There is a waiting list of approximately 2-3 years for plots, but the Town Council is always on the lookout for additional land that could be leased and made available for use as allotments. If you are interested in having an allotment, please get in touch either by calling 01249 702130 or emailing towncouncil@corsham.gov.uk.
Allotment rents are paid annually, in advance, in April. Tenants are expected to keep their allotments in a cultivated, tidy condition and sites are inspected annually. Water is available at all sites, either via taps or water troughs/tanks.
