The Street Fair is back on Saturday 12 September!
From midday until 4pm, find over 30 stalls across the town centre, with local charities, groups, and organisations offering information and activities. There will be local businesses selling gifts, handcrafted items, and food and drink to eat on the day and to take home.
At Digital Mansion, there’ll be live music, plus plenty for children; with free craft activities, giant games, face painting and balloon animals. You can also watch performances by Corsham Windband and the Corsham Band at the Chapel Garden outside Co-op.
Alongside all this, the Street Fair takes place during Heritage Open Days, England’s largest festival of history and culture! From 11-20 September, you can take part in free guided walks and tours across Corsham, as well as visiting local heritage sites. During the Street Fair, the Sealed Knot Living History Tent will be in the gardens of the Corsham Almshouses. Come along to discover what life was like during the English Civil War, and to dress up in clothes of the time! Learn more about weaponry in a short talk at 1pm, and about clothing at 3pm.
