The Town Council is looking for a full-time Groundsperson to join our team. If you think you can help us with the maintenance of buildings, parks, open spaces, allotments and cemeteries, gardening duties, supporting our events, plus litter-picking and street-sweeping, we want to hear from you.
The salary is £24,702-£26,421 (pay award pending), with normal working hours of 8am-4pm Monday-Thursday and 8am-3.30pm on Fridays (occasional weekend and evening work is required). Benefits include 26 days holiday, plus bank holidays, rising to 31 days after five years.
The closing date for applications is 9am on 16 September, with interviews taking place on Friday 27 September.
